How to use:  Hold it about 6-8 inches away from your body. Focus on spraying the mist on your pulse points—such as your wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows—as these areas generate heat and help diffuse the fragrance. It can also be sprayed on your clothing for another long lasting scent.  For a lighter application, you can also spray the mist into the air and walk through it, allowing the scent to settle evenly over your body and clothes.

To make the fragrance last longer, consider layering it with other products from the same scent line, like lotions or shower gels. Start with the lotion, then follow with the body mist. Throughout the day, you may need to reapply the mist to maintain the scent, especially since body mists are typically lighter than perfumes. Carry a travel-sized bottle for convenience.
